Reservation requests
When you send a reservation request we receive your name, your phone number or email, the date, time and number of guests, and your comment. We use them only to handle your request and contact you about it. A request is not a confirmed booking.
Join us
When you write to us via “Join us” we receive your name, email, optional phone and link, your message and — for job applications — the positions you chose and, if attached, your CV. We use them only to review your message.
How requests reach us
Each request is first saved in the website’s database (Upstash), so that it is not lost if delivery fails. Reservation requests are then delivered to a private chat of the LOWINE team through the Telegram messaging service (a Telegram bot) and by e-mail to the LOWINE requests mailbox (natural@lowine.lv, Zoho Mail). “Join us” messages and CVs are sent by e-mail to the same requests mailbox (natural@lowine.lv, Zoho Mail); the team chat only gets a notice with the request number and topic. The website does not keep CVs in separate file storage: if the e-mail cannot be sent, the CV is not kept and you may be asked to attach it again. CVs are never sent to Telegram and are never published on the website. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to check that requests are sent by people.
Technical data
The website runs on Vercel; its server functions are in Frankfurt (EU). To protect the forms from abuse, requests are counted per IP address; the address is kept only as a one-way hash (it cannot be read back) and only for 10 minutes. For the security check, Cloudflare Turnstile receives your IP address together with the check.
How long we keep it
The website’s database deletes reservation requests automatically 60 days after the date of the visit or after the request is cancelled, and “Join us” messages and CVs 60 days after we receive them. Copies in the LOWINE Telegram chat and in the requests mailbox natural@lowine.lv are not deleted automatically: LOWINE deletes them manually within the same periods — reservation requests 60 days after the visit or after final cancellation, “Join us” messages and CVs 60 days after receipt.

You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data at natural@lowine.lv.
